Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Once you’ve settled into your room, enjoy a light and healthy lunch to ease into the relaxed rhythm of Tulum.
In the late afternoon, join us for a movement class from 4:45–5:30 PM, followed by a gentle yoga session at 5:45 PM to help you unwind from your travels and connect with your body.
After class, we’ll gather for a welcome orientation, where you’ll meet our fitness guide and the rest of your retreat group. Together, we’ll go over the week’s schedule, share what to expect, and begin setting intentions for your transformative stay at Amansala.
